The filling machine is our latest high-speed continuous type stand-up spout pouch filling and capping machine, which is designed for spout pouch package product,such as fruit jelly,jam,beverage,fruitjuice,soymilk,yogurt, milk, edible oil, condiment,chemicalliquid, etc. The filling machine is fully automatic from pouch storage, pouch feeding，filling, nitrogen filling, bag mouth cleaning,air blowing, cap feeding by lifter or vibrating tank, cap screwing,pouch discharging, counting, output by conveyor belt. The whole machine runs in a continuous state, so the production capacity is nearly doubled compared to the traditional stepping filling machine.It will stop filling when there is not pouch.

It adopts liquid level control and CIP cleaning system.The filling volume can be adjusted on HMI.
